2020 was difficult for lots of people, if not the absolute majority.
So, explain to me how those who struggled fell deep in their struggle where others who struggled came out victorious?
Change Your Perspective
I don't know about you, but for me, 2020 was fire - it was incredible.
Businesses excelled, health hit a new peak since having kids, my relationships grew, and my vision for what I truly want in life skyrocketed.
Could someone who's 'struggled' and continues to 'struggle' say that?
Or would they sit and blame their circumstance?
It ultimately comes down to how you choose to handle change.
The people who get on in this world are the people who get up and look for the circumstances they want and if they can't find them, they make them.

Facing Fear
Fear has two meanings: forget everything and run OR face everything and rise.
The good news is, your emotions don't know the difference between your fear or your excitement.
Both of those emotions produce similar physiological responses - sweaty palms, heart racing, maybe even tears, stomach butterflies, nerves, etc.
Your body doesn't know which is good or bad, it just is. This is where you choose how to face the fear; how you choose to handle change.
So, when you are fearful about something, turn that fear into excitement. It feels the same so you might as well be moving forward.
Pick your Scary
It's scary to stay where you are and it's also scary to move into the unknown.
The difference between the two is that where you are is limited because it's based on current circumstance. Or even worse, repeats of the past.
Where the unknown - while scary - is unlimited, as you are not there yet and it brings forth creation.
Fear is always going to be there. You simply get to choose what causes more fear - staying where you are or moving into your unknown creation.
I’ll talk more about creation in the midst of change next week. In the meantime, be sure to check out my post this Thursday and meet a day trader who started out not knowing what they wanted, who then took the leap, and created their life.
What are you going to create in 2021?
